Songs from Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees and Billboard #1 hits were on the menu as your votes determined "American Idol" 2024's Top 12 (Sunday) and Top 10 (Monday).  With two episodes back to back, that means two mentors - Gene Simmons from legendary rock band KISS and hit-maker Meghan Trainor - join judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry and Lionel Richie  and host Ryan Seacrest as the road to 2024's Idol continues. And MONDAY, America VOTES LIVE COAST-TO-COAST as the Top 8 hope to make it into the Top 6 with a song anonymously selected by judges Luke Bryan, Katy Perry, or Lionel Richie, who are competing for most songs chosen.
